30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. FitzoneItalia does not offer refunds on standard orders. All purchases are considered final.
Exception — Defective or Damaged Product: If the product you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will offer a 100% full refund after verification of the issue. In this case:

- The refund will be processed within 10 business days
Damages and Issues

Refunds
